for OMFS services.

Establish / expand practice within the Touro Hospital, this
included credentialing and delineation of privileges for the
OMFS services at the new hospital.

Design and implement a newer business plan for OMFS
faculty practice. This is being adapted to the entire dental
school.

Design, plan with architects, write reasons and
recommendations for the FEMA arbitration for the new
Clinic spaces at the new University Hospital, St. Charles
Clinic space, the Oral Surgery space and the accredited
Ambulatory Clinic space for the Annex building. This
effectively adds 20,000 sq. ft. to the department.

Develop and Implement Facial Allotransplantation Program: This
is an IRB approved 10-year study. I was instrumental in writing
the policies for the Southwest Transplant Alliance Donor Organ
Network and obtaining the permissions from the United Network
for Organ Sharing. We are currently in the process of screening
the patients.

Development of Perfused Cadaver Model for Facial
Reconstruction: I am the sole investigator and currently
